As the age-old story goes, the dream is to become an affluent member of the venerable Country Club, to flaunt our success and bask in the wealth and glory we’ve all obtained in the cryptocurrency and NFT markets! To leisurely stroll down the fairway, caddy in tow, stroke after stroke, putt after putt. It’s all possible in the Cryptoshack.
However, just under your feet, trouble is brewing, the varmints are plotting and planning! They’re target is the very heart and soul of the Country Club, the wallet!
Bushwood is in a state of turmoil, the wallet has been taken hostage. The cash is piled high on the table, negotiations have begun, and all bets are now off.
If there’s one thing the varmints would love more than anything else, it would be to knock these uppity members down a peg. Through arduous and lengthy discussion in their underground bunker, they finally have a plan, to beat the snobs at their own game, crypto trading. The prestigious members believe they have goaded the pesky varmints back into their bunker, but have they?

18 Super Rare & Very Special Characters (These characters will be a surprise until launch day. All 18 will be honorary members, so they will inherit all of the same privileges as a member and also enjoy added utility that will be announced after launch.
Game mechanics — Blockchain
To play the game you will need to accumulate our native token $GOLF by holding your NFTs, which is used to pay your weekly dues (your contest entry fee)of $700 GOLF. By paying your dues, you will be able to participate in our Fantasy Crypto League. After the first week you will be able to submit multiple entries depending on your $GOLF balance. $GOLF will be used for all future functionality within the Cryptoshack ecosystem, including, but not limited to new generations that will be released following the Gen 1 launch.
The different Generation 1 NFT tiers accumulate an increasing amount of $GOLF to reward/incentivize holders.
Tokenomics (total amount of tokens?)
Gophers earn 100 $GOLF tokens per day.
Caddies earn 200 $GOLF tokens per day.
Golden Gophers earn 400 $GOLF tokens per day.
Characters & Members earn 700 $GOLF tokens per day.
To begin your journey into the Cryptoshack metaverse you will have to either mint from our website on mint day, or purchase the NFTs from one of the secondary marketplaces.
The NFTs making up the Cryptoshack are ranked from Tier 1–4, and represent the different characters within the collection:
Gophers (Tier 4)
Caddies (Tier 3)
Golden Gophers (Tier 2)
Special Characters (Tier 1 — Member status).
However, “member” status (excluding the 18 Special Characters released in the initial mint phase), can only be obtained through burning a predetermined number of NFTs on our website, and will operate on a scoring/points based system.
How to become a Member of Bushwood CC
To become a member, you must accumulate 4 points/strokes. Each character is assigned a point value:
GOLDEN GOPHER = HOLE-IN-ONE (+4)
CADDY = EAGLE (+2)
GOPHER = PAR (+1)
When you connect your wallet to the Cryptoshack website, all your NFT’s from the collection will be recognized. Once you enter the “burn pit” four (4) slots will appear. Insert the characters you wish to burn, click “burn” and your new member NFT will instantly be minted to your wallet.
You may use any combination of characters as long as the total score between them is equal to four (4).
For example, you may choose to throw 4 gophers into the burn pit(4x1 = 4), or 2 gophers (2x1 = 2) and 1 caddy (1x2 = 2). Both combinations = 4.
You may even get lucky and mint a single golden gopher (+4) and you’ll achieve member status by burning your single golden gopher.
In the end, only 2500 members could potentially be minted, and this is assuming all gophers and caddies get burned. Keep in mind, once all gophers/caddies get burned, no more members can ever be minted, thus making the project deflationary.
The $GOLF contract will be live on reveal day, and the points system has intentionally been structured so that the first fantasy crypto competition, starting just a few days after the mint, will be exclusive to members only during the first week.
Think DraftKings, but for crypto.
The fantasy crypto game will function in a similar way to DraftKings, where you will receive a set salary cap of virtual currency that you will allocate amongst your favorite cryptocurrencies, becoming your portfolio “lineup” for the week.
The most profitable portfolios each week win the huge POT O’ ETH. The pot will perpetually consist of 50% of all royalties from the secondary market each week.
To shake things up a bit, we’ll be adding 10 ETH to the POT O’ ETH on week one, to entice high volumes on the secondary market, making it a winning proposition for everybody who is able to snag themselves a member from the get-go. That’s truly what competition is all about, life isn’t fair, and neither is the Cryptoshack. We’re not handing out trophies just for participation here at Bushwood.
Based on our calculations, we’ve estimated there will be somewhere between 250–500k in the pot for this first week’s contest.
